Travelling from Edinburgh
Edinburgh is far enough that the journey shapes the appointment rather than the other way round: about four hours and twenty minutes by rail to King’s Cross, or roughly an hour and twenty in the air. Most Scottish patients do the consultation remotely and travel once.
We have one clinic, at 134 Harley Street, London W1G 7JY. There is no Edinburgh branch. Every consultation and procedure happens here, with the surgeon who will carry out your surgery.

From King's Cross the Hammersmith and City, Circle or Metropolitan line reaches Great Portland Street in two stops, then about five minutes on foot.
Most Edinburgh patients fly rather than take the train, which turns a full day into a manageable one. For the procedure itself, an overnight stay in London is the norm from Scotland rather than the exception.
Scottish enquiries are the most likely of any region to be comparing a London clinic against travelling abroad, on the reasonable basis that they are getting on a plane either way.
